Job Description
  • Competitor & Product Analysis as per region defined with other Destination Management Company & OTA.
  • Content Management (online / offline), Contract Management (DMC), Product building (online / offline module), Product Costing for RATG destinations i.e Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, UAE, Sri Lanka, Europe, Australia, Maldives, Myanmar and others.
  • Competitiveness of pricing. Competition analysis. Improvise the product as per region.
  • Direct / Indirect contracting with Suppliers / Contractors.
  • Communication with Local DMC Offices, Vendors & Contractors. Negotiations with attractions & understanding transportation logic . Overlook quality of Suppliers.
  • RND & implementing new packages or attractions in the system for that particular market needs from sales (regional or global).
  • Liaison with Centralized Content Department to upload new / existing product
  • Content of Promos for individual Markets for RATG destinations.
  • Product Training for Operations & Sales.
  • Training & Educating both internal team and customers on new products loaded/ Managing Flyers, tariff, newsletter & promotions.
  • Create statistical report of Attractions sold during last three years and prepare the analysis.

Key requirements

  • Have a track record of success in rate negotiations in Thailand

  • Be able to build close working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Good knowledge of excel required.
